Hi everyone! When I initially first started my website and journey with food content, I had planned to keep a blog. I wanted to keep track of everything I was doing and to connect with you all even more. Clearly, that didn't happen. I only made one post about Hello Kitty macarons and that was the beginning and ending of my blogging. I didn't know what else to write and felt kind of silly doing it. I wasn't developing any recipes, so what else was I supposed to write about? My journey spiraled to baking an absurd amount of macarons to sell and now it's wearing me out, to be honest with you. I have been trying to branch out more into just doing content creation and figuring out other ways to continue my still-fairly-new-love of baking macarons while being able to afford to make a living and not killing myself at the same time. That doesn't mean I'll stop providing you with the chance to physically enjoy my macarons - it just means I wont be producing them as often. Currently I am working towards providing classes and subscriptions to teach people what I've taught myself these past two years. With that in mind, I want to start this blog up again and try to keep it going: whether I'll be posting recipes or just short posts regarding mental health; I'm going to try my best to use this outlet. Even if no one reads it, at least I can use this as a place to ramble on. I am so ever grateful for the amount of support and love I've received in these 2 years and I hope that I am lucky enough to still receive it.
